-Removal and disposal of your existing boiler
-Supply and fit your new boiler to existing supplies already in place
-Supply and fit a standard horizontal flue
-Supply and fit the condense pipe to a suitable drain/soakaway
-Supply and fit a lime scale reducer (helps protect the internal parts of the boiler from limescale build up)
-Supply and fit a Magnetic system filter (helps prevent sludge build up and maintains system efficiency)
-Supply and fit a wireless programmable thermostat
-Supply and fit a Carbon monoxide Alarm (if one not present/functional)
-System Protection chemicals
-Chemical flush of heating system (if required)
-Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (if required)
-Free 5 year parts and labour warranty on boiler

 

Important information:

The price shown is for a standard ‘one in one out’ combination boiler installation. Any external brickwork relating to old boiler removal will be made good with best match available.

 

Optional Extras: 

-Replace radiator valves with thermostatic valve and new lock shield. 

Price £50.00 per radiator

-Gas Pipe Upgrade (may be needed to meet new regulations). 

Price £20.00 per metre

-Upgrade system from tanked heating system to combi system.

-Power flush (price varies with number of radiators in property, whole system can only be flushed, not individual radiators).

-Wireless heating controller with smart phone control.
